In partnership with Doctor Vet Moldova, we rescue animals from a life of despair and loneliness, delivering urgent medical care, vaccinations, and sterilisation, to prepare them for their new life, in a loving home.

A Voice for the Voiceless. Hope4 Rescue was created to meet a forgotten need — to stand beside Moldova’s injured, abandoned, and neglected animals, and fight for their right to live, their right to play, and their right to exist and be loved.

Built on the legacy of Hope4, a UK-registered humanitarian organisation serving Moldova since 2021, Hope4 Rescue brings the same passion, transparency, and relentless compassion — this time, for those who cannot speak for themselves.

What We Do

From urgent medical treatment and sterilisation, to food, shelter and rehoming — we rescue animals from desperate situations and give them the second chance they deserve.

But we don’t stop there. We educate communities, equip local professionals, and promote compassion at every level — because long-term change begins with learning to care.

Our support for people is conditional on their support for the animals they own. We will not condone cruelty and will withdraw support from anyone guilty of mistreating animals.

Why It Matters

In Moldova, thousands of animals suffer silently, often viewed as burdens rather than beings. Without intervention, they face hunger, disease, cruelty, and death.

We’re here to change that — and to remind the world that every life, no matter how small, has value and we will take the necessary action to safeguard their rights, as much as the rights of their owners.
