Not all of our rescues have fur and paws.
Sometimes, the ones who need us most are the ones no one expects.
We found her lying alone in the middle of an open field — a young wild deer, trembling and in pain, just 50 minutes outside the city.
She had tried to cross the road. A car hit her.
And drove away.
No one stopped.
Except one man.
He saw her collapsed near the roadside — crying, terrified — and called us.
We rushed to the scene.
One of her legs was broken. She was in shock.
We sedated her gently, cradled her carefully, and carried her to safety.
Now, she’s in our care — safe, warm, and under observation.
If her body heals, we’ll return her to the wild, where she belongs.
If not, we’ll find a sanctuary. A safe haven. A second chance at life.
This is what your support makes possible.
Not just for dogs. Not just for cats.
But for any creature in need — even a deer, alone in the middle of nowhere.
